Is this an 'all of a sudden' thing, or has this been the policy / procedure from the get-go? I can understand needing a specific fix on an urgent basis ... but needing a cume or group ptf applied immediately, regardless of what is included, doesn't make any sense. I would suggest you pursue the rationale before making any exceptions to policy. david
