Prior to using DLTJRNRCV I am using the Retrieve Journal Receiver 
Information (QjoRtvJrnReceiverInformation) API.  The closest thing I can 
find for handling the CPF705F from the subject line is assuming that a 
value of 5 for RRCV0100.Status means this, when it could mean any number 
of things.
Suggestions?
