If you have a license for 5722-IP1, you can use it to generate a PDF,
and print the PDF from a PC.

Even if you don't have one, you can install it, and use it for 70 days.
Should be enough to work on a solid solution. Can't help you with your
real problem, tough.

If the first line is starting lower, can you adjust your printer margins

to compensate? If each line is spacing further and further down the page

your line spacing is different or your font/cpi is different. Do you
have 
another IPDS printer available? If not, do you have another laser
printer? 
Hopefully a printer that understands PCL?  Can you try printing to the 
other laser printer using Host Print Transform?
