If you run an SSL-enabled web server and you don't mind using IE for
this function, try MochaSoft's ActiveX emulator:
http://www.mochasoft.dk/tn5250activex.htm .  I recommend that the web
server require some additional form of authentication to supplement the
iSeries ID/password combo.  Otherwise you're essentially opening up
encrypted telnet to the Internet with no additional controls.

We put it on our iSeries to test but I think that pretty much any web
server will do.
