Just a note that MS has released thru Windows Update several Daylight Savings
fixes in last few weeks, and they are not in the "critical" list.
Had to do "custom" update and check the software updates for xp.

I suppose it's possible that the Ops Nav GUI is incorrect and shows some
default value rather than the actual value. I see that the PTF did in
fact install the correct rule. It's just that it shows the wrong times,
dates in the Ops Nav GUI for that rule.  I guess I'll wait until the
second Sunday in March and see what happens.
