I think you'd be hard pressed to find out how that will work.  Here's the 
dilemma:
Lots of the data in the IFS is dynamic, not static.  Sort of like the 
difference between a file and a program.  IBM stores lots of configuration 
information, etc in the IFS.  Perhaps some of your applications do also. 
It would be like saying "My BPCS restore missed a few files, like the item 
master, if I restore the missing files from BPCS install media will I be 
ok?"  Well, you would have the definitions.  But I suspect the application 
would be mightily upset without the recent data.

Is the old system gone and you can't rerun the save?
