I have pretty much the same setup. I'd call IBM and ask why your Fix Central isn't working. Now, there are other ways to order media, like http://www-304.ibm.com/jct01004c/systems/support/i/fixes/orderfix.html I think "fee based" means that you have a valid maintenance contract. "When ordering fixes on media using the Internet, you must be a United States (US) Software Maintenance for iSeries client and be registered to use the Internet facility." Rob Berendt
