Backup runs 21:00 to 02 something the next day.
CPU Utilization (Average) never reached 10% during that time.  Although it 
stopped charting at midnight.
Disk IOP Utilization (Average) never reached 5% during that time.  And no 
break in service during the charting.
Disk Arm Utilization (Average) only charted for 15 minutes during that 
time and was at 19%.

We'll look at that again tonight and see if all the charting stays 
running.
