Object already exists. Object is

Then I ran
rmvm robdelme/deleteme *all
on the remote system. Now it works.

TODIR('/QFileSvr.400/GDIHQ/QSYS.LIB/ROBDELME.LIB/DELETEME.FILE')
Object copied.

If you create the file, with no members, then it will work.
