Frank,

A trigger can record changes made with SQL (or DFU, for that matter),
beside the regular data changes. It requires to write a trigger for each
PF.

Or perhaps journalling with commitment control?  I do not know if
journalling will do that. I think, it should, if commitment control is
turned on.
