I've restored V5R2 job schedule entries to a V5R4 machine 
with no problem so my advice would be that you should be OK.

You can always save the V5R4 *JOBSCD object beforehand anyway.



It worked like a charm. I cleared it with IBM Support beforehand, just in
case.
