Okay, got a bit of a problem here on a V5R1 machine.
 
The HTTP Administration server will not start, and Management Central starts
with only '1 of 2' in Operations Navigator.
 
Can anyone tell me what to look at to see why these are failing to start?
 
This is pretty much just a base install of the OS with the layered products
loaded, and some PTF packs from 2002.
 
Any help would be much appreciated!
