Statements like "...is PROBABLY more feature rich..." catch my eye.

Is XML part of the standards?  Or is it an extension to the standards? 
Sort of like this:
Resource 
   ID     Option  Feature  Description 
5722DE1   2        5050    DB2 UDB XML Extender

Maybe a database in PASE would not use /QSYS.LIB/* but would use some 
other directory.
