Hi Bryan,

It's been a long time since I used the POWER schedule but in a dark 
recess of my brain I seem to remember that you either only get this 
message if there are interactive jobs running close to the time of 
powerdown or that, if unanswered, the powerdown goes ahead at the 
scheduled time anyway.

Type GO POWER, take option 2 and press F10 to change defaults. The help 
text here explains things a bit but still leaves room for interpretation.
