RE: Cache batteries

Now that I think about it, the last couple of times that a Cache battery
reported the failure warning, I found out about it when IBM called me to
arrange a time for the CE to come out to replace the battery.  The
system called home and IBM had already processed the request.

I have a CE come out to do mine.  AFAIK IBM has never charged me to swap
the batteries. Of course I don't pay that bill...

On your new systems with the concurrently-replaceable cache batteries,
is your CE coming out or are you being shipped the batteries?  According
to the procedures on InfoCenter, it's a customer-install feature.
