By accident yesterday, I discovered that calling the read() method on
V5R4 is not returning the first byte of the stream file. Might be the
first byte of the current request. I don't know about that. I've
searched the APARs and didn't see anything that looked similar. We're
going to install the latest cume in a couple of weeks, maybe that will
fix it.
