I was equally confused - but after reading the Info Apar II14264 am assuming
that parts or much of iNav is built with java and whatever the "jre" is - it 
needs to
be patched. Even in the iSeries server ptfs there were time zone ptfs for 
i5/OS
and separate ptfs for the different java versions possible on a system.
At this late date, no service pack is coming for iNav. Someone missed the 
boat
getting this into the December svc pack.
The jtzu fix mentioned in the apar looks like it was developed by IBM to fix 
many of the
java apps across many platforms, many products.
I don't run anything time dependent in iNav that I know of. IBM is not 
saying
in these docs what happens when a product (like iNav) is not patched.
Just like Y2K, we seem to have major server functions fixed, followed by
small patches for many individual IBM products.
My posting was a query to find if others knew more about this than I was 
finding
on the iSeries Access web page.
