If you are running V5R3 or later the system has time zone support with TIMZON objects. Prior to 2007, Mexico, U.S., Canada, and Bermuda shared the same time zone rules and could share the same TIMZON object in i5/OS. Now that Mexico no longer shares the same rules, i5/OS has created new time zone objects to support systems using Mexico time zone if you want to use them. There is an i5/OS page on this located here with the PTF numbers and related information if you are interested: http://www.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/software/globalization/mexico_time_zone.html Pat Pat Glenski IBM i5/OS Globalization Architect, -- This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
