Well, I'll tell you this much after just doing this on a system:

Concurrent does work.
It is not concurrent as I'd like.  

Got an A6000255 for about a minute as it restarted the cache.  Scary.
System didn't miss a beat, kept right up where it left off.  I about
soiled myself.
