Jeff, Assuming that one page of the spoolfile equals one label can your software not take the original spoolfile and only process it from page 862 onwards? Are you using Zebra's BarOne software or something else? We're going to be printing 1000+ labels as a batch for batch warehouse picking. If it jams on label 862 (and someday it will), I certainly do not plan on reprinting those first 861 good labels. And I don't see where that's the fault of the "generating application/procedures are forcing it be an issue. (In which case they can and should be changed.)" -- Jeff Crosby Dilgard Frozen Foods, Inc. Also the fact I was told it can beset upas a print device, and have Zebra literature that says itcan be done. Perhaps you can if the printer is serial connected. The manuals go into serial connected printer pools and such. But with tcp/ip, I'm pretty positive the options are LPR or FTP to do anything. (LPR is what Remote outq accomplishes, and yes, you can FTP label scripts to them as well. FTP might only work with ZebraNet servers though...) FWIW, even the windows drivers just use LPR to do their work. In my experience, 'missing' features like 'page range printing' aren't noticable with label printers unless the generating application/procedures are forcing it be an issue.
