Hi Dwayne,

In a CL program use the RTVMBRD command.  The number of records will be 
returned in the NBRCURRCD parm.

Checking file for data






Good Evening,

Is there away to check a file for data with out having to do a DBU or
CHAIN to the file.  I need to just check the file and if it has data
continue to the next process.  If not data is found than exit.
