For that amount ($3200), I'll come out and install it for you Rich  ;-)

My 800 to 520 move took a few hours.  If you only have a few users on 
the system it really comes down to creating the users on the 520 (rather 
than migrating them) and then restoring all your non-IBM libraries.  I 
have done that a couple of times since we typically have maybe 4-8 or so 
profiles to move.

Installing the Licensed programs (finding them!) and getting the CUME's 
and Groups installed is the biggest consumer of time.
