I think so, Luis. From the Access packaging page, the line about iSeries Access for Windows:

Must have 5722-XW1 to use PC5250 and Data Transfer

and in the line about 5722-XW1

User Based or Processor Based Purchase

So if you have the emulator you also have Data Transfer.

Are you sure about this? I have always thought that the ability to download files from the iSeries to an EXCEL spreadsheet was free of charge. It just came with the Client Access CD, along the ODBC client.
