Subject: Email (QtmmSendMail) question

I've just been told that one of our applications that uses
QtmmSendMail to send emails is sending the messages out
with the timestamp off by one hour.

The system it's running on has the correct time. Our
primary email server (which is a separate box) also has
the correct time. But nothing's been restarted or re-IPLed
since Daylight Saving Time started; could that be it? Any
other ideas?
