Pretty good actually.  Rather wish that support wouldn't wait to read 
"support@xxxxxxxxx" until 5:15 in the evening though.  Be nice if they 
allowed you to key in requests like IBM does.  But the first switch wasn't 
too bad.  Next switch in one week.  (I have GOT to stop using secular 
calendars when I plan our downtimes for the next year.)
