I know the upgrades mid-release are relatively quick, probably 20-30
mins depending on how fast your link between systems is.  I would *not*
recommend doing an upgrade like that (up release levels) on a holiday
weekend, just for the fact that you can be guaranteed it'll never work
out the way or speed that you want, and no piece of software is worth
ticking-off the wife for.  =)
