In this particular case I am just recording the CPU% to a file for future
review.  This is a temporary thing that I whipped up to make this data more
accessible, and more granular, while I troubleshoot a problem.  This way, I
don't have to go to the system performance data which is reported in 15
minute intervals.

Although this is a temporary CL, I have run into this spooled file
limitation before with other CLs and would love to see an example of how to
get around it with APIs!
