Isn't "SAN support" an oxymoron?  Like if you load Suse Linux on an 
iseries lpar, guested by i5/os, using an IBM TS3310 tape drive, through an 
IBM 2109-F16 fiber switch, all under IBM maintenance and support.  And 
then try calling IBM support in and have them try to hit you up for a 
$10,000/year "SAN support" contract just to use the tape drive with TSM 
(another IBM product) on the Linux lpar.
