Your control groups and settings look correct. The only thing that I
wonder about is what time did the job kick off?

There is one question however. The default activity calls for an
incremental Sunday - Thursday, and a full on Friday. The control group
line 190 overrides the default activity has a blank on Friday, meaning:
do not run this step on Friday. Did BRMS figure out that you were not
running a full and run one for you just to be safe? I would change the
line to accept the control group defaults and see what happens.
