Okay. It is my fault. A "chgusrprf" does reset that.
The problem is that after you reset the user, it still appears in the
disable user list in iSeries Navigator even you "refresh" your navigator to
death.
But you can use the user id to map your driver without any problem. After
mapping, the user is removed from the disabled list....

No need to actually change anything. Running that command resets the
NetServer disabled flag.
