http://www.statususer.org charges $100/year for each company, $25/year for 
your typical Lone Ranger consultant.
Meals are $20/person.  Payable at the time of the meeting.  My company 
pays for our dues, meal fees, lets me use a company car to get there, 
reimburses me for the gas to fill the company car.  I have to pay for my 
own drinks.  (Although the speaker sponsored an open bar at the last 
meeting.)
Annual "Day With" is $125/person for members, $150/person for non members. 
 5 for 4 discount.
