Thanks again Bruce (and Vern) for clearing that up for me. The article I
read on IT Jungle suggested otherwise - that immediate update was
referring to update of the object in memory. The only way that could make
sense to me was the case of multiple entries being added as an "atomic
commit" type of operations, which is where I came up with that
multi-threaded business earlier.
I'm starting to test out the use of User Indices for an inquiry app here,
I think they should be very useful.
