I hope that you meant 96 column cards.

Yeah, my first was a Sys/3 mod 10 CARD system. Those 90 column cards
were WAY cool!!

Dang and I thought I was old I started on a Sys/3 model 8 (might have
been 10? it was a LONG time ago). I thought it was cool when I went to
a 15D with CCP!!!!

We had a System/3 Model 6 with no punched cards, and IBM found this
hard to believe. It had an integrated keyboard and the printer
doubled as a console, and the only input device. Interactive
programming was difficult (at best), unless you used KDE (Keyboard
Data Entry) which was essentially a precursor of DFU.

Nope...garden variety RPGII and a VERY small screen.

DFU was VERY popular on this machine. Most folks were "just" starting
to learn how to work with screens at this point.

The 3741 key to disk was also still around at this point.

The S/3 had some screens but the S/34 became the first all interactive

machine with NO punched cards.
We thought we had really hit the big time.

If I remember right there was as System/32 that used a flavor of RPG

where the screen specs were in the same source as the code and I
think they were listed first. The A may have designated user Access.
