Problems setting up hp4350n as remote outq.

I have setup a remote outq to print to a HP4350n printer.  I have it
setup the model as *HP4.  I have tried Host Transform as both *yes and
*no.  

When I print using Host Transform *yes, I get (I guess it is pcl) on the
first line of every page on the form.  

Anyone have any experience using this printer as a remote outq? Or how I
can resolve this.
