In V5R3, the LOG parameter on the job (inherited from the *JOBD) is likely
set too low, i.e.:  LOG(0 99 *MSG) .  In V5R4, there is a sew system value
to prevent the creation of job logs all together.

We got a new V5R3 AS/400 box.

I found that when ever a job completes it is not generating the QPJOBLOG
file.
We are not getting the QPJOBLOG spl file, any one have idea?
