Hi folks I'm working on a contract that has a workstation running PC
Support, something has gone a bit awry with the config and the workstation
doesn't have cfgpcs.exe in the PCS directory.

At the moment I'm away from the site so don't know which version but I'm
hoping that someone will have a copy (whichever version) and they could
email it to me.
