I got the iSeriesNetwork newsletter mentioning your article then I was googling around for "IFSDIR" to see if anyone had run into the problem I was having and I discovered Michael's, which was from 2004. I didn't look at his code, but the article had a different slant than yours, and his source members had different names. In any case, it's a great idea, and recursion will make it even better. Thanks again!

And looks like Elvis Budimlic solved my problem -- thanks Elvis. I'll try again when I've got a minute or 3.
