Boot the PC in Safe Mode
Logon has The Administrator (No not someone with Admin, must be The
Administrator)
Uninstall iSeries Access and Re-Boot into Safe Mode and login as The
Administrator
Uninstall ALL Virus Software and Re-Boot into Safe Mode and login as The
Administrator
Install iSeries Access Re-Boot into Safe Mode and login as The
Administrator
Install the latest iSeries Access for Windows Service Pack
Re-Boot Normally and test
Re-install you Virus SW.
