I am able to see from QATOCHOST pf all these host table entries,but when i try 
from 
 
CFGTCP->10. Work with TCP/IP host table entries ->
its throwing me the error saying that '(No host table entries)'

This may sound silly, but did you enter them this session?  If so, hit F5.
If you have access to the option you have access to view it.

When i am trying to see all the host table entries  and it says no host table 
entries found.
i have added some 6 entries but still i am not able see these from
(logged in as QSECOFR)
