we have 2 AS/400 servers and these 2 servers are connecting to same mainframe.

from one as/400 we are able to connect and from second as/400 it says vary on 
pending.

i am not familier with Mainframe communications...

i am not sure why we are not able to communicate then...

problem with controller .....






List,

I have a problem with one of our controllers(Type is Host) and it's status 
is VARY ON PENDING from almost 4 hours....


I tried to vary off and vary on controller and its not working.

I tired to vary off line,controller,device and vary on but controller is 
not coming up.
controller status is in VARY ON PENDING.


What could be possible reason's for this...

Any help is appreciated.
