Exact Definition of ODUCNT & Other QLIDOBJD Fields.

I asked a question earlier about ODUDAT, but now have an additional question 
about another date fields in the QLDIOBJD record format used for the DSPOBJD 
output.

The field is ODLDAT - Change Date.

If I am looking at a *PGM object entry, then what would cause this value to 
be different to the Creation Date? Would CHGPGM be what does it? I'm 
presuming that 'change' refers to the object definition being changed. I 
looked in infocentre for details, but can't find a comprehensive description 
of these fields. Anyone have a link?
