I even take drills seriously; I am the one yelling *back* at people, "Come 
on, get outside; the sooner we get out the sooner we can get back in". 
Believe me, if the alarm goes off I will put my encyclopedic knowledge of 
building exits to immediate use. But that is *IF I AM ABLE.* And as the 
well-known Prince of Denmark is quoted as saying, "Aye, there's the rub."

If I ever died in a fire from being a "hero" (or just stupid) my battalion 
fire chief brother would kill me.
