It did not work for me as DISKPART will will not expand a system

drive.

So mount the drive as a data (non-system) drive w/a temporary
drive as the system drive and then expand the original drive.
Then remount as system drive and you should be all set.

To do this calls for installing a new server via INSWNTSVR, right?

Oh wait, I could restore the old 10gb NWS from backup, assign it as the
system drive, then adjust the new one.
