In my experience, RF scanners have very small screens, not capable of displaying 80x24 screens. (At least, the RF scanners that we use aren't capable of that.)

The ones we use have a tn5250 emulator that displays a portion of the screen at a time (you can scroll around to see the whole screen, if you want to.) We redesigned the screens in our applications so that we only use the upper-left corner. The actual text on the screen fits in the part of the screen that's displayed on the scanner so the user doesn't have to worry about scrolling around to see the whole thing.

I don't know whether you're able to modify your BPCS to do the same thing?

Or perhaps you're looking for a stationary scanner, or one that mounts on a forklift? Those have bigger screens, and might not have the problem I'm referring to.

The company we work with for scanners is called "Heartland". You might try contacting them. Here's their web site:

Pardon me for not quoting my question with more detail. We are look
for software for RF scanners that will interface directly to our distribution software which is BPCS.

We are looking for scanners that will emulate green screen and
shipping software that has its own green screen applications.
