iseries Excel download add-on

Crossposted Midrange Tech and PC Tech, because I'm not sure.....

I've got a user who is trying to use the iseries Client Access download
add-in.

He's getting a weird message when he uses it:

"The macro 'fShowTTODialog' cannot be found.

I tried removing the add-in and reinstalling it, and that allows the
thing to work ONCE, and then the message reappears the next time he
tries to use it.

any ideas?

Rick
