You shouldn't get the error. I've installed that fix on 6 systems that
were all displaying the error every hour in the QHST.  After installing
the fix the error appeared one more time and has not returned.

Not normal was my thought, too, Larry.

I've ordered the PTF suggested by Joel and Lukas.  If I still get the 
message after installing it, I'll definitely contact support.
