that may be true...however some folks only have a one track mind and
that's a REAL problem for them...
some of my favorite user stuff:
"I can't find the any key!!!"
"It says to insert disk 3 but it won't fit after i got the first 2 in."
"my cup holder is broken"
User: "My PC won't boot up!"
Techie: "is the power indicator light on?"
User: "No"
Techie: "check to make sure that the power cord is plugged in"
User: "I'll have to find my flashlight the power's out."

time. For example, my friend and I were once discussing how many
incredible advances in engineering and science were made during the Roman
Empire, despite the fact that had a rather unwieldy numeric system. He
said something along the lines of "they didn't even have a character for
zero!", to which I replied "and they built the pyramids!".
