Add the CPA3394 message to the system reply list (ADDRPYLE) with a 
default reply value of 'I' or 'G'.  In the user job description or the 
user's initial program, issue a CHGJOB INQMSGRPY(*SYSRPYL).  Leave the 
system operator with the default value of *RQD.  This will also 
eliminate the problem of having to reply to the forms message initially 
with newly-created devices.
