You may wish to consider changing your save commands to OUTPUT(*PRINT).
This really helps.
However if you want to, you can try a DSPTAP and change DATA(*LABELS) to
*SAVRST.
But a simple DSPTAP DATA(*LABELS) might show you the sequence number of
the library saved because the label often equals the library.
You might even try skipping the DSPTAP stuff altogether and try a simple
RSTOBJ OBJ(SP*)
       SAVLIB(DEVDTA)
       DEV(TAP01)
       OBJTYPE(*PGM *SRVPGM)
       OUTPUT(*PRINT)
You could get more radical and create a new library and restore the
objects into this new library. Then
RSTOBJ OBJ(SP*)
       SAVLIB(DEVDTA)
       DEV(TAP01)
       OBJTYPE(*PGM *SRVPGM)
       OUTPUT(*PRINT)
       RSTLIB(NEWLIB)
