There are a few other steps...

#1 The User Profile running the backup MUST have Access Rights to the data
it is trying to backup. Say you are running your backup as QSECOFR, then
QSECOFR must be able to log to that pc/server for starters.

#2 You need to make sure that the server/pc has had a SHARE created to the
Drive(s)/Folder(s) you want to backup.
